1. Introduction
Welcome to Pacific Fire Controls Pvt Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase, supply, delivery and installation of our products and services — including fire-rated doors, metal doors, wooden doors, glazed fire doors, cleanroom doors, fire-rated glass and accessories (“Products”), and related services such as installation, testing and maintenance (“Services”). By placing an order or accepting a quote, you agree to these Terms.

2. Scope & Application
2.1 These Terms apply to all quotations, orders, invoices and Services provided by the Company to the buyer (“Customer”, “you”).
2.2 Any variation to these Terms is effective only if agreed in writing by an authorized representative of the Company.

3. Quotations & Orders
3.1 Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation. If no period is stated, the quotation is valid for 30 days.
3.2 Orders are accepted only after the Company issues a written order confirmation or invoice. Production of bespoke or custom Products begins only after receipt of the required deposit.
3.3 All Products are offered subject to availability and manufacturing lead times; delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed.

4. Prices & Payment
4.1 Prices are as quoted and are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, freight, insurance and installation charges unless explicitly stated.
4.2 A deposit of [usually 30–50%]* is required on acceptance of the order for custom or made-to-order Products.
4.3 Balance payment is due according to the invoice terms (e.g., on delivery, on installation, or within 7/15/30/45 days). Late payments may incur interest and/or suspension of deliveries.
4.4 All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Delivery & Risk
5.1 Delivery timelines are estimates. The Company is not liable for costs or losses caused by delayed delivery due to supplier delays, transport issues, customs, force majeure, or events beyond our control.
5.2 Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to the Customer on delivery at the agreed delivery point or on collection. The Customer should inspect Products upon receipt and note any visible damage on the delivery challan/consignment note.

6. Installation & Commissioning
6.1 If installation is part of the Services, the Customer will provide safe access, suitable labor, accurate site dimensions and any permits required.
6.2 Installation schedules are estimates; the Company will notify the Customer of any changes. Any additional site requirements, modifications, or remedial works requested on site will be charged extra.

7. Product Specifications, Compliance & Certification

7.2 The Company warrants that Products supplied will, at the time of delivery, conform to agreed specifications and be free from material defects. To the extent applicable, the Company will endeavour to comply with relevant Indian or international standards and testing for fire-rated doors and safety fittings, and will provide certification where specified in the quotation.

8. Warranty & Exclusions
8.1 Standard warranty periods are set out in the quotation or invoice. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and is valid when Products are used, maintained and installed in accordance with the Company’s instructions.
8.2 Warranty does not cover: damage caused by improper installation (unless installed by the Company), misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, unauthorized alterations, exposure to corrosive environments without specified protection, or fire and other external events.
8.3 Any warranty claim must be submitted in writing with proof of purchase and photos. The Company may at its option repair, replace the defective Product, or issue a credit. Return of Products may require prior written approval.

9. Cancellations & Returns
9.1 Orders for bespoke, custom or made-to-order Products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. Deposits for such orders are non-refundable except where required by law.
9.2 For standard stocked items, cancellations are subject to the Company’s written approval and may attract handling, restocking or cancellation charges.

10. Liability & Indemnity
10.1 The Company’s total liability for breach of contract, negligence, or any other claim shall not exceed the price paid for the Product or Service giving rise to the claim.
10.2 The Company is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses (including loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data).
10.3 The Customer will indemnify the Company against all liabilities, claims, costs and expenses arising from the Customer’s breach of these Terms, negligence, or misuse of Products.

11. Intellectual Property
11.1 All designs, drawings, images, technical documents and specifications created by the Company remain the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed.
11.2 The Customer shall not reproduce, distribute, or use the Company’s intellectual property except for the purpose of using the purchased Product.

12. Force Majeure
12.1 The Company will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control (force majeure) including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, transport delays, acts of government, shortage of materials, or supplier defaults. Delivery and other obligations will be extended accordingly.

13. Data Protection & Privacy
13.1 Any personal data collected during order processing will be used to fulfil orders and to provide Services. Our Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, use and protect personal data. By transacting with us you consent to processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Product Use, Safety & Compliance
14.1 Fire-rated doors and related Products are part of passive fire protection systems. Proper performance depends on correct installation, compatible frames/hardware, and maintenance. Failure to install Products with correct certified hardware or to follow installation instructions may affect fire performance. Pacific Fire Control
14.2 The Customer is responsible for obtaining necessary approvals, building permits and ensuring that Products as installed meet local fire, safety and building regulations.

15. Spare Parts, Maintenance & After-Sales
15.1 The Company offers spare parts, maintenance and testing services. Maintenance contracts and pricing are available on request. Regular maintenance and inspection are recommended for fire doors and cleanroom doors to preserve warranty and certified performance.

16. Third-Party Links & Products
16.1 Where we supply third-party components (locks, seals, sensors, glass) their manufacturer warranties may apply. The Company will pass on any available manufacturer warranties but is not liable for third-party warranty claims beyond what the third party provides.

17. Complaints & Returns Procedure
17.1 To report damaged or defective goods, inspect on delivery and record any visible damage on the carrier’s paperwork. Notify us within 1 day for delivery damage and within the warranty period for defects. Provide order number, photos and details. We will investigate and advise remedial steps.

18. Price Changes & Taxes
18.1 The Company reserves the right to adjust prices to account for changes in raw material costs, freight, taxes or statutory levies between quotation and delivery, with prior notice to the Customer.

19. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
19.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [City/State — specify your preferred jurisdiction, e.g., New Delhi / Haryana]. (Customize this for your company location.)

20. Entire Agreement
